Homestay Payment Service

The School District can handle students' monthly homestay payments on their behalf - we collect homestay fees at the start of the year, and make the monthly payments to the host families. If you would like this service, please indicate your request on the Application Form and Homestay Request Form. The Service Package requires that the total homestay fees, as indicated above, be paid in-full at the time of billing.  If you do NOT want this service and would like to make the monthly payments directly to the homestay family, simply skip this step of the application.

Itemized Fee Schedule for Homestay Payment Service 


Homestay Placement Fee - This fee is for placement and monitoring of the homestay and does not cover the first or last month rent: $450 Non-refundable
Academic Year -  (10 months at $950 per month = $9500) + $310* (10 nights @ $31.00 during orientation in August/January)  $9,810
Academic Semester - (5 months at $950 per month = $4750) + $310* (10 nights @ $31.00 during orientation in August/January) $5,060

*Any unused amount from the orientation period will be refunded to the student at the end of October or March.
