  • Sept 25 Non-Instructional Day
  • Sept 30 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
  • Oct 12 Thanksgiving Day
  • Oct 21/22 Parent / Guardian - Teacher conferences.  Early dismissal
  • Oct 23 Non-Instructional Day
  • Nov 11 Remembrance Day
  • Nov 20 Non-Instructional Day
  • Dec 11 Report Cards (Elementary and Middle Schools)
  • Dec 18 Last day before Winter Break
  • Dec 21-Jan 1 Winter Break
  • Jan 4 Schools reopen after Winter Break
  • Jan 25/26 TBC Semester 2 students arrive
  • Jan 27-29 Orientation for Semester 2 students

  • Jan 29 Last day of Semester 1 - students may be able to depart earlier, more details later
  • Feb 1 First day of classes Semester 2 Secondary Schools
  • Feb 12 Non-Instructional Day
  • Feb 15 Family Day
  • Feb 17,18 Parent / Guardian - Teacher conferences.  Early dismissal
  • Mar 5 Report Cards (Elementary and Middle Schools)
  • Mar 12 Last day before Spring Break
  • Mar 15 - 25 Spring Break
  • Mar 26 Good Friday
  • Mar 29 Easter Monday
  • Mar 30 Schools reopen

  • June 29 Last day of classes Semester 2, Report Cards
  • June 30 Last day of the program.  Students must depart on or before this day.  After June 30 the District no longer provides homestay support, custodianship or medical insurance.
