Secondary Schools

Students between the ages of 14 and 18 can improve their English and study a wide variety of academic and elective subjects alongside Canadian students. Please note students cannot be turning 19 while studying in our program

Secondary School Facts:

Our schools have between 1200 - 1500 students, with between 5% to 8% International Students from around the world
Each school year is split into two semesters, one starting in September and one in February (students can begin in either semester)
Students choose four subjects per semester, they attend each of these courses every day for the semester.
Each class is taught by a teacher who specializes in the subject, students move between classrooms and study each subject with a different group of students
Students can choose to enroll in one of Abbotsford’s Specialty Programs.

It is possible to graduate from our program, learn how to get a British Columbia Certificate of Graduation (Dogwood Diploma).

We also host a few International Students each year at Rick Hansen Secondary, the Abbotsford School of Integrated Arts and Abbotsford Traditional Secondary School . Space is limited at these schools, please contact our office if you are interested in learning more about applying to these three schools.
