Outdoor Education

Experience great Canadian adventure activities alongside Canadian (and International!) students with the Outdoor Education Program!

International students registered in these classes can participate in exciting activities of their choice after school and on the weekends with the Community Recreation Extreme Program .  All events are organized and supervised by Abbotsford School District staff.

Outdoor Education Courses

At WJ Mouat Secondary International Students register in the full year Commrec Extreme course for course credit.  Students must complete a minimum number of activities and assignments to pass the course. Students can select the events they would like to participate in.  There are minimal extra costs for events, costs as kept as low as possible.

At Robert Bateman Secondary International Students can register in the second semester for the full Outdoor Recreation Program for course credit.  Watch their adventures video.  There is a flat fee of $500 for activities, with an additional fee of approximately $700 for the year end multi-day extreme coastal hike.
